BOLinkz
Multi-Stop Loads

Stop 3 of 5. Which BOL is which?

Multi-stop routes mean multiple BOLs, multiple signatures, and multiple chances to hand the wrong document to the wrong receiver. Digital organization solves this.

The real cost

5+ BOLs

Document mix-ups

Five stops, five BOLs, and they all look the same. Handing the wrong one to the wrong receiver causes delays, confusion, and chargebacks.

Mental tracking

Partial delivery tracking

Which stops are done? Which are pending? Paper requires you to manually track this in your head or on a notepad.

Matching hell

End-of-route accounting

At the end of a multi-stop route, matching every BOL to every POD is tedious. Missing one means a missing settlement.

How BOLinkz handles multi-stop

  1. 1

    Each stop is a load

Create a separate record for each stop. PU number and notes keep them organized and distinguishable.

  2. 2

    Search at each dock

At each delivery, search by PU number to pull up exactly the right BOL. No shuffling, no guessing.

  3. 3

    Track completion in real time

See which stops have signed PODs and which are still pending. Know your route status at a glance.

What you get

Find Any Bill

Search by PU number, shipper, date, or status. Pull up any document in seconds instead of digging through a folder.

E-Signatures

Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.

Digital Vault

Every BOL and POD stored securely in one place. No door pockets, no lost papers, no crumpled receipts.

Real-Time Updates

The second a receiver signs, dispatch knows. No calls, no chasing, no waiting for a blurry photo.

“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions

How many stops can I manage?

No limit. Each stop is a separate load record. Whether it’s 3 stops or 15, each one is organized and trackable.

Can dispatch see which stops are complete?

Yes. Party members see real-time status for every load. Dispatch knows which deliveries are signed without calling you.

What about multi-pickup routes?

Same approach. Each pickup creates a separate load. At delivery, match the right BOL to the right receiver by PU number.

Does it handle partial deliveries?

Yes. Each stop gets its own POD. Partial deliveries are documented independently of full deliveries.

Every stop organized. Every delivery documented.

Multi-stop drivers are ending the BOL shuffle.
