Terms of Service

1. What BOLinkz does

BOLinkz is a digital bill of lading and proof of delivery platform. We provide tools for drivers to store, share, and get e-signatures on freight documents. We are not a broker, carrier, or freight company. We don't touch your freight — we handle your paperwork.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to use BOLinkz. One person, one account — no shared logins.

3. Your documents

You own your documents. We don't claim any rights to the PDFs you upload or the signatures you collect. We store them securely and only make them available to people you explicitly share with. You can delete your documents at any time.

4. E-signatures

Electronic signatures collected through BOLinkz are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA. Each signature is accompanied by GPS coordinates, a timestamp, and device information embedded directly into the PDF. Once a proof of delivery is signed, the record is immutable — it cannot be altered or deleted.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use BOLinkz for illegal activity.
• Don't upload fraudulent documents.
• Don't attempt to forge or manipulate signatures.
• Don't abuse the platform to harass or spam others.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code.

6. Billing

Free accounts are limited to 5 documents per month. Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar.sh. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we're reasonable — reach out if something's wrong.

7. Uptime & liability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. BOLinkz is provided "as is." We're not liable for lost freight, missed deliveries, or disputes between parties. We provide the digital paper trail — the freight relationship is between you, your carrier, and your customers.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll give you 30 days to export your documents unless the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, illegal activity).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
