You can upload a PDF from your phone as a fallback. But encourage shippers to send the digital version — it’s faster and cleaner.
Is this better than CamScanner or similar apps?
Yes, because there’s nothing to scan. You’re working with the original file, not a degraded copy of a printed version.
Do I ever need to take a photo?
Not for BOLs and PODs. The entire workflow is digital. You might still photograph damage or conditions — that’s your camera roll.
Can I upload other document types?
