No POD, no pay. It’s that simple.
A missing proof of delivery doesn’t just delay your settlement — it gives shippers and brokers a reason to dispute the entire load. Every delivery needs proof that can’t disappear.
The real cost
Payment held up
Your carrier or broker won’t release payment until they have the signed POD. If it’s lost, your money is in limbo.
Disputes with no defense
Without a signed POD, you can’t prove delivery condition, timing, or that it happened at all. The receiver’s word against yours.
Unsigned carbon copies
The receiver was busy, you were in a hurry, and the carbon copy sits unsigned in your door pocket. That’s not proof of anything.
How to never miss a POD again
- 1
Send a sign link at the dock
Text or email the receiver a magic link. They sign on their phone in 30 seconds. No paper, no carbon copies.
- 2
GPS + timestamp = proof
Every signature captures exact GPS coordinates, the time, and the signer’s printed name. Court-ready documentation.
- 3
Instant notification
The second they sign, you, dispatch, and your broker all see it. No calling around to confirm.
What you get
E-Signatures
Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.
GPS Verification
Every e-signature captures exact coordinates. Proof the delivery happened where and when it should have.
Real-Time Updates
The second a receiver signs, dispatch knows. No calls, no chasing, no waiting for a blurry photo.
Clean PDF Output
Professional proof-of-delivery pages appended to your BOL. No stamps over existing text — clean and court-ready.
“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions
What if the receiver won’t sign digitally?
They sign on their own phone through a browser link. There’s nothing to download. Most receivers prefer it because it’s faster than finding a pen.
Is an e-signature as valid as a wet signature?
Yes. Under the ESIGN Act, electronic signatures are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures. BOLinkz adds GPS and timestamp for extra verification.
What if I forgot to get the signature and already left?
Text the receiver the sign link after the fact. They can still sign from their phone. The GPS stamp will show their location, not the dock.
Can I still use paper as a backup?
Absolutely. BOLinkz runs alongside paper. Use digital as your primary proof and paper as the fallback.
