No. They tap a sign link, print their name, and sign. GPS and timestamp are captured on the POD page in the PDF.
I didn’t load the freight. Does that break digital BOLs?
No. You’re still proving delivery. The BOL in BOLinkz is the one tied to the load you’re assigned — the same you’d hand over on paper.
What if the trailer number changes mid trip?
You can add notes in your process; the file is the source of truth. Most disputes are about proof and timing, not the color of the trailer.
