BOLinkz
Tanker Loads

You pumped 8,000 gallons. Can you prove the receiver accepted it?

Tanker deliveries happen at drop points where getting a proper signature on paper is awkward at best. E-signatures make proof of delivery simple at any location.

The real cost

Outdoor signing

Awkward signing locations

Drop points, tank farms, and fuel islands aren’t offices. Getting someone to sign a paper document at a fill point is clumsy and slow.

Volume claims

Volume disputes

Was it 7,800 or 8,000 gallons? Without clean documentation, volume disputes are common and expensive.

2-4 drops

Multiple drops per load

Split loads mean multiple drop points and multiple signatures needed. Paper gets complicated fast.

How BOLinkz works for tanker

  1. 1

    E-sign at any drop point

The receiver signs on their phone. They don’t need a clipboard or a flat surface — just their phone.

  2. 2

    GPS proves the delivery location

Each signature captures GPS coordinates. Proof the delivery happened at the correct tank, terminal, or facility.

  3. 3

    Document each drop separately

For split loads, each drop point gets its own signature and POD. Everything organized by PU number.

What you get

E-Signatures

Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.

GPS Verification

Every e-signature captures exact coordinates. Proof the delivery happened where and when it should have.

Find Any Bill

Search by PU number, shipper, date, or status. Pull up any document in seconds instead of digging through a folder.

Clean PDF Output

Professional proof-of-delivery pages appended to your BOL. No stamps over existing text — clean and court-ready.

“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions

Can I document multiple drops for one load?

Yes. Create separate records for each drop or document all drops under one load with notes and separate signatures.

What about fuel delivery receipts?

Attach fuel delivery tickets, meter readings, and any other PDFs to the load record. Everything stays together.

Does GPS help with volume disputes?

GPS proves you were at the delivery location. Combined with the BOL and signed POD, you have a strong record for dispute resolution.

Can the tank farm operator sign?

Anyone with a phone can sign via the magic link. The printed name field identifies who signed.

Every gallon delivered. Every drop proven.
