Your co-driver is asleep. The BOL is in their bunk.
Team driving means one person sleeps while the other drives. It shouldn’t mean one person has the paperwork while the other needs it.
The real cost
Paper shuffle in the cab
BOLs get passed between drivers, stuck in different pockets, left in different doors. Keeping track of whose paper is where is a job in itself.
Wake-up calls for paperwork
Your co-driver is off-duty and you need the BOL number for the receiver. Now you’re waking them up for a piece of paper.
Accountability gaps
Who signed the BOL at pickup? Who was driving at delivery? Paper doesn’t track that. Arguments happen.
How BOLinkz works for teams
- 1
Both drivers access the vault
The load’s documents live in the cloud. Both drivers see every BOL and POD from their own phone.
- 2
Either driver can share or sign
Whoever’s driving handles the dock. The other driver can check status from the bunk without disturbing anyone.
- 3
Full audit trail per action
Every upload, share, and signature is logged with who did it, when, and where. No more “I thought you had it.”

“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions
Can both drivers see the same documents?
Yes. Both drivers are added to the load’s party. Everything is visible to both from their own phones.
Does it track who did what?
Yes. Every action — upload, share, signature — is logged with the specific user, timestamp, and GPS location.
What if my co-driver doesn’t want to sign up?
They don’t have to. You can share documents via magic links. But both having accounts makes team coordination seamless.
Is there a discount for team accounts?
Fleet pricing applies to teams. Two drivers on the same operation pay the fleet rate, which is lower per user.
One load, two drivers, zero paper drama.
Team drivers are keeping documents in the cloud, not the cab.
